Highlights on this week's update of craft beer events in North Texas include a birthday bash at Four Corners Brewing Co. of Dallas. Taking place on Sunday, the brewery's Thirteen Years Buzzin' Anniversary Celebration will feature live music, local vendors, games and more.

Elsewhere, seasonal celebrations are ramping up, with Oktoberfest, Pumpkin Fest, Spocktoberfest and Wurst Friend Fest gatherings on the calendar for this weekend. For more information, check the listings below for details.

As for other items of interest, Turning Point Beer of Bedford officially debuts its Turning Point Kitchen food truck on Tuesday, Maple Branch Craft Brewery of Fort Worth will serve a Beer & Smashburger Slider Flight Pairing from Thursday-Sunday, and Rollertown Beerworks of Celina has its annual Patriot Day Car Show benefiting Brenden Butler Family Foundation set for Saturday.
