Highlights on this week's update of craft beer events include a number of pairing events at area breweries. Check the listings for details on dinners and flight pairings set to be served at Armor Brewing Co. of Allen, Celestial Beerworks of Dallas, Maple Branch Craft Brewery of Fort Worth, Smittox Brewing of Dallas, and Vector Brewing of Dallas.

Also on this week's calendar, Southside Cellar in Fort Worth will host Brock Wagner of Saint Arnold Brewing Co. of Houston for its Supplier Spotlight on Thursday, while Martin House Brewing Co. of Fort Worth has its annual Sour Fest on Saturday.
